Just walked to end of building to look at hotel before spending my money and the front desk guy is flipping me off. When I go in the office starts going on about me trespassing. I told him I was looking at the building and was interested in a room but not if that’s how he treats potential customers. He then went on to say I needed to leave and swear at me more. I will never get a room here. Terrible experience from the start. Just go to Rose City. They treat you with respect at least.

The hotel was very old! The bed was hard, the bathroom was dirty and the ceiling was falling in and covered with a board! They don’t take cards only cash then they quoted me one price and charged me more once I arrived. The people at the front desk are rude overall it was the worst room I’ve ever stayed in I will never go there again!!!!

Quiet & they keep the riff raff out. Friendly, helpful, & reasonably priced. Also, the biggest rooms on the Four corners...I've personally done the homework.

Longterm stay review:Safest place to stay in the area. I've been here over a year, and my vehicle hasn't been tampered with, or had any weirdos knocking on my door, or even so much as a loud neighbor.The price is very reasonable for what you get, because you should have your own towels and such anyway, and while you'll have to do your own housekeeping, that means the only time the owners are in your room is for routine spraying and maintenance, so that's a major plus to privacy.Wi-fi is good for streaming shows, there's still cable otherwise, showerheads actually have different settings, beds are comfortable, and there's plenty of space for 1-2 people.The only personal negative I have is the lack of an ice machine. That's a bummer.If you're gonna be working in North Tyler and looking for a place to stay until you can afford your own place, I would suggest here. You'll be safe and comfortable in comparison to the surrounding options.

Rating - Very disappointed. Elderly 74. Stayed no toilet paper, no towels, no service and dirty sheets. Paid 1000$ left after third day. to him as far as seniors. Very rude and no accommodation for senior stay.
