The woman in the desk is always so helpful and nice and always goes above and beyond to help out.

My experience was great. I first called them to See if my Books were in hard copy then I went to the bookstore. They help me very much with my digital books. As well as my hard copy books. A New Girl took her time and worked hard To figure it out I was completely helped.

It's not always necessary to go, but when you do the workers try and help as best that they can.
