Fake machines i put about 5dollars and the machine doesn’t even give a light and i tried 2 machines and they were the same not recommended at all

This used to be the best automatedcar wash in town because it's touch free. Everyone would bring their fancy cars here. Unfortunately the owners have let it go to crap. The card machines don't work half the time (wires hanging out and controls unreadable)and they keep changing how much time the wash runs for in norder to save money. This makes me sad. We need a new laser wash in Tyler for people who don't want their cars beat up.

I would give zero stars if I could. Terrible car wash nothing was washed on my car and I have pics to prove it. I did I left a message and nothing was done.

Half the time one of the two bays is broken(like today for instance). Prices have gone up but not sure what we get in return. Just doesn't seem to be very well maintained.

Left lane is closed. Half of the equipment on the right lane doesn’t even work correctly. The whole car wash needs to be renovated or completely shut down. I truly wish they would get this place fixed. It’s the only touchless car wash in Tyler that I’m aware of. Does anyone know if the laser car wash and Whitehouse works? I really don’t wanna drive to Whitehouse!
In response to the owner saying they watched my vehicle get cleaned, the undercarriage bottom left cleaning jets are not working. My entire drivers side did not get cleaned. Close both bays while the car wash is broken and you are waiting on parts. It’s not right to take our money when the car wash is not working properly.

Only touch-less I have found in Tyler. Works great, though my only gripe is that of two wash bays, one is never open and there’s quite a line every time I have been.

Truck has been sitting for a couple of years and was nasty. 14 wash and near good as new, plus touch free and no brushes that will scratch paint. Really impressed!!!!

Middle vacuum ate money. 1st vacuum has very little suction. The change machine was hard to read. Been over exposed to the sun.

When trying to pay, neither of the machines would work. I sat in my car for over 1 hour when I asked for help. Service here sucks. 0/10. I always have problems at this place never coming back! ?
