Transferred my business here in the past year. Love the staff. The techs are the absolute best in the business! Dr Phillips is top notch. She takes the time to listen and you feel as if you are valued.

Our cat was having problems urinating on Monday, June 19 and we called Tyler Veterinary Clinic seeking guidance and to see if we needed to bring him in. I asked for a call to discuss. They told me to bring him the next day. We took him in as instructed and they didn't have him down to bring him in! I never received a call back the day before but finally did get a call on Tuesday asking for authorization for charges estimated to be between $700-$1000. I agreed without hesitation. I received a call from my wife 2 hours later informing me our cat had died! I called the veterinarian and had a conversation and she explained what had happened and was apologetic that they didn't call be back the day before and have me bring him in. I'm confident our cat would still be alive had we received appropriate and competent guidance on Monday. I picked up his remains on June 23 and paid the $127.50 bill. The only reason I gave one star is because there is not an option for ZERO stars.

Felt I was unheard. I’ve gone to places where I was made to feel cared for during a very difficult time. But in the future it’ll be worth the drive to a place a little further away but with a lot of compassion. Felt like my beloved pet was just a revenue maker. I also very much wanted the plaster paw print but they didn’t get around to it.Won’t go back.In addition, my “60” pound dog’s ashes wouldn’t fit in their largest box. So if your dog is bigger I suggest you find another place.

They are very caring about you and your pet that you have lost.They are fast at there job told me and my husband that it could take up to 48 hour's and I got my little girl back in 25 and a half hour. The price wasn't bad either but that is based on what size of pet you have. We will be using them again. The actual do a paw print of your dog paw ❤️❤️.

I would just like to thank everyone at this Clinic. This was my 1st experience to ever have to put down one of our fur babies. My heart is broken but very Thankful for all their kindness and Professionalism through this very difficult time. Thank you again for helping get through this horrible time.

We had to make a last minute appt for my 4yr old Cane Corso mix, Master Dick Greyson, after his current vet(different clinic) had to cancel due to an emergency. I was so nervous never having met these vets or staff before.

I have only been once to take my new puppy & already love them! They fell in love with Taco & were so sweet! Dr. Watson was so nice & made sure all of my questions were answered + every lady at the front desk was so welcoming! I’ve been to quite a few vets in Tyler over the years & this is by far my favorite already!

Dr. Lancaster and Dr. Watson are awesome. They have taken excellent care of my 5 month old puppy including an unexpected infection. Their front desk staff are super friendly and caring. Prices are reasonable and they've never kept me waiting. Great practice and highly recommend.

After moving here about a month ago, we knew we would need to find a new vet. We tried this place because it's really close to home, so we made an appointment for our senior dog to get his shots updated. Let us just say, no matter how far we move, we will ALWAYS come here. The entire staff is beyond incredible, they are just amazing!! Each and every one of them is so kind and truly has a deep love for animals. We took our new kitty in the other day, and they were amazing with her. Then yesterday, we took our dog in to have his teeth cleaned under anesthesia. We are literally blown away!! The vet back home said the ONLY way to get rid of his extremely foul, unpleasant breath would be to pull out every one of his teeth. This vet said no, we can deep clean them and extract any if necessary. For the first time yesterday we were able to give our dog tons of kisses, he's like a new animal!!!! We are so grateful to the amazing veterinarians and amazing staff here. They treat us like family, and most importantly, they treat our animals like family. Come here, you won't be sorry, and the prices cant be beat, especially for the quality of care.
