It offers many recycle opportunities. I’m not aware of any financial charges to drop off items. Staff is helpful, bins are always ready to accept plastics, card board, bottles, paper, etc. Available carts to transport items into the building.

Very poor customer service and rudeness in pick up of bulk items. I was promised it wouldn’t be long for pickup on Monday (one day or two) yet Wednesday they say the order never went through?Again I called on Friday and she states it could take seven working days! Customer service was impolite. This is incompetence.

Signed up with this company almost 2 months ago now. Still have not received a trash can. Have called many times. That can’t figure out what is going on. Bryan took my name and number and was going to get answers and call me back the next morning still haven’t heard from him. As I write this post I have been on hold 16 minutes

Terrible service throughout. They’ve skipped over my business dumpster service more times than I can remember and never come back to get it. They just push me of till the next week. It’s always a hassle to call and report and usually results in having to wait another week with a full dumpster. It’s pretty bad when your trash service fails you regularly.
