The GM Uvonda really handles the pressure of the store being crowded very well . She knows her job well, never loses her cool, and gets it done. The staff overall does a great job at getting everyone taken care of! Great experience with the truck and trailer rental!!!

This establishment warrants a rating of zero stars. It is the first occasion in my life that I have felt compelled to contact corporate regarding a company. Following this experience, I will refrain from utilizing U-Haul services in Tyler in the future.
I reached out to this location to inquire about the availability of an AutoTransport, and the representative confirmed that it was indeed available. When I requested to make a reservation to secure it, he informed me that reservations could no longer be made over the phone and that I needed to use the app instead. I mentioned to the representative that I would arrive in ten minutes, to which he assured me it would be available. I then asked for the address to confirm I was contacting the correct location, and he provided me with the address of this site. Upon my arrival, I spoke with a female staff member at the desk, who informed me that I could not rent the AutoTransport as it was designated for one-way rentals only. I explained that I had just spoken with a gentleman who had informed me about the inability to make phone reservations, and she accused me of lying. She insisted to her colleague that the representative would never have stated that phone reservations were not permitted. Subsequently, she attempted to make a reservation for me at another location over thirty minutes away. This is not the first instance of poor service at this location, but it will certainly be the last. I have decided to purchase my own trailer to avoid the subpar customer service provided by U-Haul. I strongly advise against using their services.
This location also doesn't care about customer service because they only reply to 5-star reviews. If you leave a 1, they ignore you like they do in person.

If I could give a 0 star to this location I would, I have been using U-Haul for well over 6 years now for our company and this location by far is the absolute worst U-Haul dealer around Tyler. They overcharged me and then instead of fixing the dispute they want to ignore my emails and my many disputes from their own people trying to get this situation resolved. With that being said they will lie and add days to your rental and then keep charging your card for random amounts and put blocks on your U-Haul account so you can’t rent uhauls unless you pay them. Why should I have to pay for a rental day, if I didn’t even have the truck in my possession on the day I’m being charged for. Now I’m getting random charge amounts snatched from my bank account this place is a scam to say the least they charge you for things you didn’t even do. Then I tried to give them a second chance and I go to rent another U-Haul from them, and when I get there they didn’t even get me a truck ready or put it on the account for 24/7 pick like they were supposed to do. The U-Haul rep told me they never even assigned a truck to my account properly so he dug deeper and found a random truck number which I guess was supposed to be the one that was supposed to be attached to my order and then we find out they didn’t even leave the keys in the key box or in the back of U-Haul like other places do and them. And the rep also told us the reason for this mishap was because they have it on their location account that they don’t offer 24/7 pick up at this specific location. When that’s a lie and the truth isn’t in them at all. When I had previously picked up 2 uhauls from them through the app prior to this current pick up. And all while this is going on it’s raining at 9 at night and they left the back slide up door wide open and locked the driver door but left the passenger door wide open. This whole situation was ridiculous. But Push came to shove and I just had to cancel that reservation and wait til the next morning to go to a different U-Haul facility to pick up another U-Haul from another U-Haul dealer somewhere else since this facility likes to play games. My all time favorite U-Haul dealers in Tyler is the one on old Jacksonville and the AA on the loop by 5th street. I never have issues with them ever it’s always quick and easy and to the point. And they never charge my card random amounts that I wasn’t supposed to be charged. Someone from U-Haul needs to revamp this place or show up there and get it corrected because they don’t do good business at all.

The trailer was perfect for our purpose. Ms. Bagley and the associate I met at the return were both very knowledgeable and professional. The roominess of the facility is tremendous for those of us who are not professional haulers and drivers. Thanks
