I wish there were twice as many stars because Lana would get them all! And in my opinion, one cannot improve a perfect experience! From the moment I spoke to Lana I knew I've found my U-Haul rental home. I even waited for the next day to rent a vehicle from her because she was already going above and beyond to assist me in my rental need. So I would HIGHLY recommend Lana's location to any and every body for ALL of their U-Haul needs. And if Lana hasn't gotten one yet: She's due for a raise!! Keep Up the GREAT work Ms. Lana!!?

The best Uhaul office in the entire world. The front dest person is always so helpful, the trucks are so clean, quick and honest service. My only sadness from leaving Tyler Texas was leaving THIS uhaul place. Ive used Uhaul and many other business in general and she was always the most kind and helpful. thank you so much.

Lana is a top notch. Knowledgeable, professional and goes the extra mile to assure you receive proper care. She knew exactly what I needed for long-term storage, and remembered me specifically when it had been several weeks since I first talked to her. Honestly, 5 stars isn’t enough.
