When in to have a haircut with my daughter. I absolutely loved my stylist and everything about her and her service, the store itself however is just way to chaotic and loud for me. I would have loved a separate entrance and area for the salon.

Recently the deals have been amazing an amazing cashier told me about the app to get coupons ! the staff is very friendly the lady’s in the registers are so kind will definitely come again !

Usually a great store, I was there for a good 30-45 mins - not one employee asked if I needed help this time. Waiting in line (hard to tell since they have the mini kiosks there that we all like to shop) clerk barely audible said she could help who's next in line - and then started talking to the employee next to her...I read her lips as she repeated it, so I came up. I let her know I couldn't find the item in hand and handed it to her; well these are located just over there as she points...did you check? Um, yes - I couldn't find it. She replies with...Okaaayy. She asks another employee if so and so is in ...and then turns and walks away from me and the counter (not a look or a word to me). A few minutes later, she returns to say, the closest color we have is this, I let her know oh no, thanks, but I didn't want that. Okay, well we don't have this one and hands it back to me. I say, typically if an item is not available in store, I'm asked if I'd like to order it and have it shipped... Her reply; Do you want to order it? Um, YES that would be great - if it's not too much trouble. Well, I'm not sure if it'll be available online either ...well, can you check? Please...
Suuure.
Wow! Lol.
Sure felt like being a customer was a real inconvenience. SMH

I recently visited Ulta for the very first time. They have a huge selection to choose from. The sales rep was really friendly as well.

Took my wife and daughter here. Literally the worst customer service I've ever seen. I don't leave a lot of bad reviews but this one is worth it.

Waited for curbside pick up for 30 minutes. I checked in 3 times to make sure I did it correctly. They even brought out someone’s items who was here after me. Unprofessional and a waste of time. Not using their pick up again.

Earn valuable money with a credit card issued by them that can be used on your future purchases. Salon & aesthetician make U style smile! Jordyn is my stylist. It’s a fun place to hang shop!
