Shipping with UPS is a good choice because packages arrive on time with very little damage. The price is not bad either. This location is convenient, although there was some confusion with the directions. The staff made an extra effort to deliver a package quickly when it was needed urgently. They are a good choice for sending packages to loved ones or customers. The UPS Access Point location is a reliable option for shipping needs.

Every time I've gone they've been super busy. The Amazon scan and drop off was super easy, and I didn't have to wait in the line. Just wish they had a location either in North Tyler or preferably Lindale.

The line, although out the door when I arrived, moved quickly and the lady who helped me was very friendly and talkative. Answered all my questions!

Google said this location was inside of a CVS, but the directions lead me to Michael's, which is another UPS Access Point location. While that was a bit confusing, the staff at Michael's took care of my shopping needs. Dropped one star only because of the confusion which was not the fault of Michael's.
