We went here to get a transfer of deed notarized and Alia (not sure if spelling is correct) was kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. I anticipated this being a stressful ordeal but she made it so simple! We will be back if we need notarizations in the future!

Employees are professional, polite, respectful, friendly, people. ready to assist you, and take care of your business. I actually prefer this exact location because of their professional qualities - as well as their attitude in caring for their customers. They keep it clean, and well organized too.

I visited this location for notary services. The staff member who helped me took it upon herself to write N/A in some blank sections of the documents which I found out voided them, but only after I paid $30 and sent them back to the business that needed them. Turns out this location also seriously overcharges as I paid $18 for the same pages at a location in Longview.

I've been coming here for over a year, and I must say that the customer service seems to have declined. The friendly, welcoming atmosphere I used to enjoy seems to be gone, replaced by condescending attitudes and a sense of entitlement. Today, Shelbre's energy was particularly off; when I asked if she was having a bad day, she became snarky, which made the situation worse. I get that everyone has tough days, but in a customer-focused environment, it's important to address these feelings and not let them affect the experience. It would be great to see a return to the positive energy and friendliness that used to make this place special.

Poor customer service, Amazon return they’re trying to charge For every little thing and make me do the work To prep the package even though I’m returning the package as it was delivered to me.
