Shelbee was an absolute pleasure. I was having issues because I didn't understand some of what I need to do for returns and she helped this old lady out. LOL
She also helped explain things to me so I didn't feel stupid. In this day and time it is rare to find good customer service but she sure give it to me today.
As far as the store goes, I have to time when I bring in a package, because they are very busy. I am disabled & they don’t have a lot of disabled parking.

I had a great experience, especially from Amanda that gave me very good service.
I ordered flyers and businesscards, flyers was printed fast as requested. Very fast responses on both phone and email which is very important to me.
Highly recommended!

DO NOT GO HERE! I was sending an expensive bicycle frame and the UPS employee somehow managed to put the wrong shipping label on the box! It got sent to an Amazon warehouse instead of my home, and was not able to be recovered. The manager and all employees were incredibly unhelpful and clueless during the entire process of trying to figure it out and despite accepting responsibility for their very stupid mistake refused to make restitution for my shipping cost or the value of the frame. UPS does home pickup, there's literally no reason to risk your packages with these incompetent people.
