I just asked for a simple polish but the end result was not very professional. Staff was very nice and the salon was clean.

Wow..great experience. I had heard great reviews from my coworkers and of course i saw their beautiful nails. It may not be one of these new spas but it makes up with Great Nails.

I drive 45 minutes to get my nails done here. Sat there for 3 1/2 hours to get a powder set and pedicure. Got my nails done on a Wednesday they were off by Saturday. I called for 4 days straight never got an answer. Drive to tyler just for the lady to tell me u know sometimes nails don’t last. Well for $45 I expected nails to last longer than that. I’m talking to her and she just starts ignoring me. Worst service ever I guess the clot has got to their head.Services: Pedicures

The people do not understand what you want and will do it horrible mi toe nails are not the same and was told before but didn't listen all i wanted was a square toe but couldn't even receive that service this will definitely be mi last time here save your time this is not a place to relax since you have to be watching everything they do!!

Been going here for over 15 years. Know the techs by name! I asked my usual person to do a specific nail, he said he could. By the end of my visit my nails were nothing close to what I had requested and look absolutely terrible. I commented stating I was not happy with my service and was going to have to go somewhere else to have them fixed( I was in his chair over 2 hours btw) and he told me I am no longer allowed in his business. They have cheap prices and I should have remembered “you get what you pay for”

Absolutely awful, guy had no idea what he was doing with a buffer I had to ask him to be more careful because he was hurting me, he and his male coworker could not do a basic glitter ombré, and my polish got completely ruined after having it on for over an hour. I included a picture, all i did was open something keep in mind I sat at the uv desk for ten minutes and this happened a little over an hour later. Do not waste your money here
