Spent the night in the hospital. Discharged at 11am. Had plenty of time to make it to my 1pm appointment for my pet scan. But since I was in the hospital my appointment for the pet scan was canceled by someone at the hospital, they didn't even consider to check for a discharge time.

We asked if my husband should be NPO not once but twice in a 2 hour span. Jessica walked in with food and said “can you eat? Sign says NPO”
Us “we would love to know that!”
She walks to door as Erika approaches and asks if he could eat.
Erika rudely says to Jessica “I called you for food didn’t I” then proceeds to take sign down.
No reason for Erika to be rude to Jessica and no reason she couldn’t answer us on TWO different calls!!! This isn’t the only thing that happened while here.
While in cardiac room 2502 we see 5 different “cardiac” drs only one even listens to my husband heart!?!?! If it’s not in the computer they can’t help you. These young doctors are clueless!!! Meanwhile my husband has had
Triple bypass, stents, ablation and they just look at him and assume he is too young for heart problems!!!
I am a medical assistant and I have to ask them to listen to his heart?!?!? What is wrong with this place????
I could go on and on but it seems it is pointless!!!!!
Disapppinted is an understatement
After a stress test they never came to give us results. They just discharged us. Piss poor service!!!!!!! We asked nurse for answer and she said “I am not a Dr I’m just here to discharge you!”

I just want to say how impressed and thankful I am for this ER staff! Front desk was so professional, Dr. Sigala & Mr. Thomas being absolute heroes while the nurses (we love our Nurse April!!!) were completely swamped and we still received top care. All 4 deserve the Daisy Award!

I came to the ER on 3/31/24 with low blood pressure. I was admitted and seen by Hospitalist Arnulfo Duarte, DO. I asked for my Cardiologist to be notified because I am an CHF patient and he told me that could not be done.He made me feel like my doctors didn’t know what they were doing. He referred me to a Pulmonologist and a Neprologist. But I don’t need a Nephrologist because I have one and my Cardiologist is handling the Pulmonary situation. As of today my chart has not been updated for my 4/1/24 visit. I called and left a message to find out a diagnosis that he didn’t tell me about.

My mom was admitted to IMC and this is what a cleaned toilet looks like for UT. There was poop all over the toilet hard and crusted. The nurse refused to clean it or give my mom a bed pan. So I had to clean it because my
Mom couldn’t hold her urine. This is absolutely ridiculous!

My son received great care from Olivia and April in the ICU. His neurologist was great Dr. Jerrod and the recovery nurse who I do not have a name for was amazing. The ER staff was great and in all our son was in the best hands we could ask for. I just want the staff to know how much my wife and I appreciate all you all did for my son.Thank you,Russell Fenimore
