I ran into the owner a few months ago. We have bought a couple of cars from velocity and we loved them. Unfortunately we had an emergency. We wanted a CX-9. But it wasn’t in the budget. But still he offered a free oil change even when we didn’t purchase our car with them. Camden Jones my family greatly appreciates the service and the hospitality and Jose Garcia awesome guy, thank you for helping us. Hopefully in the future we will make another purchase of another Mazda. In last 10 years they have treated like family. I love that from them, always making sure we are taking care of.

The attentiveness of Kaitlyn was awesome. She was able to answer questions and if she didn't know the answer she found it! The first time we came it was pouring rain and she went answer fot the car and pulled it under the awning for us to see with out getting soaked. We'll worth our drive.

John was my sales representative and he was very communicative throughout the process my out of state purchase. We had all the paperwork done in a matter of an hour, they overnight shipped the papers, making a stress free time frame. John also helped as a point of contact for my car shipment and followed up with me while the vehicle was in transit. Thank you John!!

Maintenance experiences for my Mazda have recently become untrustworthy and unreliable. Big change. Will not go back. Service manager seemed to be fine with my decision to not return. Is that because I'd be one less problem so he's looking out for himself, or because he has no hope of fixing the dept problems so he's looking out for me?

I brought my mother in to Velocity Mazda to finally trade out of her Lexus that she’s had for 16 years now. I have owned multiple Mazdas in the past and wanted to put my mom in something that’s not only safe and reliable, but looks good too! We settled on this beautiful red CX-5 and me nor my mom could be any happier! Our salesman, John, was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. He was able to recognize right out of the gate that we had done our research beforehand and knew exactly what we wanted. He wasted no time in getting the vehicle pulled up and getting us on a test drive. He also LITERALLY sprinted across the showroom floor just to get me a cold water. The man is a class act and he was nothing but kind to us throughout our buying experience, which was also the quickest car buying experience I’ve ever had in my life! The finance manager, Damone, was also fantastic. He was incredibly transparent and was able to explain all of the fine details of our purchase/paperwork to my mom clearly. They have a fantastic team at this dealership and we can’t wait to come back for our first service to say hi!
