Bunch of idiots works here. Told me I can't return my equipment, but corporate told me to go there. After 30 mins of bullshit, they took my equipment. Workers needs to be better trained and I will not be using that location anymore

Avoided my question & told me I had to go to corporate for an issue that could have been solved at the store. I went to mineola store and they resolved my issue in less than 20 min.

No diversity whatsoever I walked in here to return their equipment that does not work with my business and for home Internet and they wouldn't even accept it back, even though Customer Service had already told me to return the equipment to this store since it was a corporate store The looks that I received, when I walked in the store as a black person was ridiculous. (I can read a room) I was immediately judged by my skin tone the guy barely even pulled up my account before he was telling me what he couldn't do... racist store! Lazy employees do better Verizon

Unfortunately, when I went to another Verizon store, they couldn't find my Verizon ID. The only problem was that they couldn't discover my account to provide me with Verizon 5G WiFi. After waiting for a solution at the other store for two hours, I finally made it to the store. Daniel greeted me and solved the issue in less than ten minutes. I was really happy with the customer care I received and would definitely return to buy some more phone-related goods! If you're reading this, Daniel, you're the eastern beast!
