Avoid Beau. He was snarky in conversations, and told me my apps would load in a few minutes after I left the store. I lost some apps and the others weren't active for 3 days. That cost me real money.

My husband granddaughter went in this store an was very miss treated not only told her they upgrade her phone but told her nope an said ur grandpa an his wife never pay there bill so you have to pay full price an never be able to upgrade no phone u ever get that being said the employee Kristen follow her outside to along with the manager the other day to laugh at her an make fun of her after they made her cry I do pay my bill an I know I will be havein her an that manger fired an be the new manager an Iam havein this store investigated

Still made about how rude they were at this location last year when I tried to start a service. They made it so difficult. I left and went to at&t on Broadway and they were way better ???

Until Verizon gets a different insurance option they get a one star. If there was a negative star I would definitely use it. I've been on the phone back and forth between Assurion and Verizon for almost 4 hours and nothing has been resolved!! I think switching carriers seems like a better option.

I had a glitch in service with my phone so I wasn't there for a big purchase, yet the employees were quick to greet me and I didn't have to wait in line long. Craig solved my problem with a courteous and professional attitude! Great experience.
