I started by calling my local store to see if they had the device I was looking for on display. I didn't end up getting my local store, I got some kind of call center that said they answer for the stores. The person said my local store did have it so I went there to check it out. Guess what, they don't. I called again and got another person and they said "I don't know why you were told they have it, only one store in the area has it." I just gave up on being able to see it before purchase after that. I went to the Shiloh road store to buy sight unseen and my experience was fine. Jacob explained the fees and tried to sell all the warranties etc... Just doing his job. But the fees and taxes are outrageous. I was told 2 days to deliver to the store so expect it on Monday. I checked my tracking and Fed Ex was not able to deliver because the store was closed. I see that Tuesday it was delivered. I called the store/call center? number about 15 times and didn't get an answer, I only got a full voicemail box. I went to the store, and they had an "out to lunch, back at 2" sign on the door. I waited until 2:15 and no one had showed up. I knocked on the door just in case they couldn't SEE ME standing there. Ridiculous. How do you do business this way? We aren't even Verizon customers (yet) and I'm feeling pretty concerned about how the majority of our experiences have been so far. If I could bail right now without having to pay a restocking fee, and disappointing my kiddo, I def would.

Never enough service people, they rarely have what you need, and over charge you when they do have the stuff

Customer service was great 2 ladies were helpful and professional, the only downside is there were only 2. But my problem was resolved quickly and efficiently nevertheless so I’m happy 4.5 stars from me thanks…

Rebeca is absolutely great, the other two girls didn’t seem like they were doing very much, making Rebeca pick up a lot of the slack helping other customers. Overall my experience was good and I would make future purchases for my devices here.

Great service but think the $35.00 fee to transfer data due to defective phone that was purchased at Russell is unwarranted and I will take my business else where next purchase. Phone was still under warranty and should have been considered “customer service” okay n my opinion!

Aracely was very helpful and took her time to assist me. My phone had stopped working and she tried to fix it , but is a very old phone. Ended up buying a new one that was affordable.

My phone wasn’t working when we switched to Verizon so we stopped in to figure out what was wrong. Rebecca was friendly and quickly helped us. We were in the store for maybe 10-15 minutes and the problem was resolved. She was kind and explained what had happened to my phone!
