I'm very picky about my clothes. but I'm going to tell you if you need your clothes done go to VIP cleaners. they are amazing. I was so happy with my clothes when I got them back. I'm definitely going to be using them more.

I dropped a garment of my wife's two days and came to pick it up today during the week, within business hours (it was promised yesterday, but I couldn't pick it up.) They have decided to take today off, so I still can't pick up. Now, by the time they open up again next week, we will be out of town. I had decided to try them again--even though the last time I used them 2 years ago, some things that were promised on a Tuesday still weren't ready by the following friday. Seems like it something every time, so we are done.

I needed one outfit, pants, white tee shirt & a blue polo dry cleaned. I asked for the pants to be heavy starched with the line & the other two simply ironed. I got home & the pants are barely starched. I put them on & the lines already fading. Absolutely ridiculous for the price! $6.00 a garment. Go somewhere else! I paid over $18.00 for half the job. Awful!

I usually have great service with them. I have been using them for about 2 to 3 years. Once they lost three pair of my pants. They just kept making excuses and wouldn't take care of me. No very happy with the service right now. They never replaced my pants.

I usually don't post reviews, especially bad ones, but this has been a terrible experience since new ownership or whatever has happened in 2020.1. Two of my favorite shirts are damaged due to fabric softener or starch after I specifically said "press only".2. Prices all of sudden went from approx $3.15 a garment for press only to $3.99 without absolutely any notice.3. I specifically ask for my shirts to be individually bagged.... And what do they do??? Bag them altogether after I specifically asked to have individually done.I will not be back there due to the counter lady clearly not giving a damn about any of my requests.Hate that whatever happened to previous management / owners has changed.... They for sure lost my business.

Thank you VIP!! I dropped off 37 shirts and 4 Pair of jeans for my husband at your Lindale location.. I live in Mineola and that location is very convenient for me.. especially with a drive thru:)) You Guys did an outstanding job and my husband has never looked better!! “There’s something women like about a sharped dressed man”!!
