Amazing job as always.
I rarely leave reviews but this particular location in Tyler,TX needs light shed on the unmatched Customer Service given by the ladies running the show.
I will forever entrust them with my optical needs as they have a wide variety of frame to choose from.
If you want to save time & money ,visit this location & you will not be disappointed.

I walked in with my husband, there were 2 girls working. One had pink hair & the other had braces, wearing a tank top with a vest & denim skirt with a slit all the way up (super professional) after a while my husband finds a frame he likes, we walk up, RX in hand ready to buy. The girl with pink hair is checking in glasses, looks at us and looks away. Just proceeds with her task. The other girl is at the front desk, looks at us and looks away. So, to the GM or RM, if your store is under performing, it has nothing to do with not having a doctor. The whole time we were there these two girls continued texting someone & talking about it & laughing. We walked directly to the counter to order our 1.67, blue light, crizal lenses & were ignored. About 20 minutes prior to this review.

I highly recommend VisionWorks. I’ve used them for all of my glasses, which have been several pairs, and they’ve always been perfect. Plus the store associates are very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.

The woman working at this location was very rude on the phone and couldn’t answer a simple question. She also expected me to sit on hold for half an hour. All I needed was for her to look up my prescription which would’ve taken less than a minute! I had to call the main customer service line. Also my glasses from vision works completely broke on the frame and I have never had glasses break before. They seem cheap. That is all.

I had a great experience when I went to get new glasses. The young lady who helped me was very good at her job. I was in and out quickly. The only thing I saw that could be improved upon was that I was short of breath in the store because it was warm and no cool airflow made it uncomfortable for me.

Visionworks is a really nice store to shop for glasses and get eyewear prescriptions filled. The staff is experienced, courteous and respectful. My visit with Visionworks was a great one. I recommend this store.

Sales associate was good and provided good service. The chairs in this establishment are very low sitting and would be hard for some people with disabilities or those of us with bad knees/ankles to get up from. I know that I did have problems.
