My recent visit to a dealership was a nightmare. After being left stranded due to the vehicle running out of gas, I was willing to continue but was met with dishonesty and poor service. The dealership prioritized another customer over me and left me waiting for hours. I felt disrespected and angry, and I would not recommend anyone to buy from them. The way people of color are treated in this town is unacceptable and unfortunate.I Discovered the reason behind their excessive inventory of unsold vehicles. It might be related to their customer service if I had to put my money on it . For a top-notch ride without the hassle, head to Dallas. The difference in treatment was evident, with Black people being ignored for hours while white people were promptly attended to and treated with superior service. I am experiencing an issue with my service and reached out to my salesperson, Misty Boothe, for assistance. However, she told me to wait for 45 minutes before she can attend to me. The salesperson's mistake of letting our vehicle run out of gas during a test drive was superseded by a more urgent service matter, but it nonetheless raised questions about the company's priorities and customer care. Get the best bang for your buck at Sewell Cadillac in Dallas, Texas by choosing to buy your next car from a dealership that truly values your needs as a customer!

When I purchased the car, one of the reasons I chose the Cadillac was for the valet service.
The sales person told me that they would come to my workplace and leave me a loaner car. For the last two years they have not had a car to loan. Normally I would not mind, except the last two oil changes, have left me stranded 45 minutes from home. I make my appointment for first thing in the morning and tell them I have to have my car returned before 4 PM. The last two oil changes they have returned it at 7:30 PM and at 5 PM. Both times I had to call several times to locate my car and get an ETA.
When I schedule my appointments I am very clear that I need an early appointment and I need my car returned by 4 PM. I remind them again when they pick up my car. Apparently there is no communication in the service department.
Updated: I did receive a call and an apology from Aaron. He sent someone to get my car and change out the purge pump the next day and my car was returned before noon. I hope the communication improves and I appreciate being heard and responded to promptly.

Wanted to shout out the excellent service provided by Randy Roger’s. My wife and I stopped by looking for a commuter car. His professionalism and knowledge of the industry is to be commended. Even though we ended up not purchasing, by no fault of Randy, he was understanding and continued to show his support for his company by reminding us Wagner is not only a dealer but a company that services vehicles as well. I truly appreciated the thoughtful follow up and loyalty to his company! Anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle from Wagner Cadillac should certainly stop by and ask for Randy. I am confident he and the dealership will take great care of you.

Amber was our service rep and she was hands down the best. We have had service on our cadillac in Dallas and the Wagner in Tyler is so good. Thank you so much Amber for taking care of us.

I called to check for a battery purchase that I was sure I made here but didn’t have the original receipt for it, so a worker name Ashley kept telling me that there was no history of a battery purchase and I kept insisting because I was sure that’s where I had bought it because I had called Auto Zone, Walmart and O'Reilly and they all told me no. Finally I told them if I could speak to a manager and he finally did found a battery purchased on my history by the way he was really nice!!! My point is that these lady wasn’t helpful at all and to make sure to take there time to check the history.

Daniel Martin is the absolute best representative in the industry. Honest, transparent, professional and a genuinely caring person.
