If any other Pharmacy chains are listening please please please come to Tyler. Walgreens has a monopoly on pharmacies in Tyler and they use this power to abuse customers with the most horrific service you can provide. And it’s not just this location. People are literally standing in line for an hour in the Bullard Walgreens to be turned away because they do not have the medication in stock. They have closed the drive thru service in Bullard already and placed a grocery cart upside down in the lane. How is a multi billion dollar corporation so horribly mismanaged.

Called and was told medicine would be ready. Went up here 2 hours later, waited in line for an hour, and was told it would be another hour. The wait due to understaffing may not be their fault, but don’t lie to us and make people wait for nothing. Half the people in line were told the same thing.

Terrible stood by while thay took a lunch break. What the hell thay can't rotate lunch breaks??.
Walgreens is probably one of the worst pharmacies i have ever dealt with. Had no choice my wife got out of the hospital and we would not have made it to our home town pharmacies before they closed. I feel sorry for anyone who has to use this despicable place

There’s literally no phone number to reach them as the one listed cuts call every time after saying connecting to the pharmacy. I have tried canceling my prescription online (it’s too soon, so insurance won’t cover it) and for days it’s been saying canceling and not yet cancelled. 🤷🏻♀️

Horrible lies about when it will be ready and on hold for 1hr. I have been waiting two days for my meds and there not out of stock just lazy.
