There's not enough good things that i could say about Erica the pharmacist. This woman is absolutely amazing on every level. She has calmed me down when when my mom's Dr. didn't send the authorization for her meds in a timely manner. She told me about other options that was available. She connects with her customers to where you're not just a customer, you're a person. That matters!

I just want to say thank you to Ivy. My insurance expired and she took her time to walk me through different prescription savings cards to bring my bill down from $200 to $31 even though there was a line behind me. Thank you, Ivy for caring. You are one of a kind and a huge asset to Walgreens!!

These pharmacy is terrible I dropped of a prescription to be filled and they lost it. I wanted it to be transferred over to another Walgreens. Ok call today to find out what’s going on and they told me you’re going to have to have the other pharmacy pull it. I don’t work there so stupid now I have to get my dentist to call it In again. I would never go to Walgreens off of 110 right there in front of Roadhouse they suck don’t know there job.

I called in two refills on Tuesday, speaking with a person. Tried to pick up both on Thursday. They only knew of one refill. Gave them the second refill again. Went to pick it up on Saturday after work. Got there at 3:58. They were closing the windows. I told the lady I just needed to pick up my RX. She told me they were closed. I asked her if it was really already 4. She said yes. I looked at my phone. It was 3:58. I asked to please just let me have my script. She came back to the window and told me that they didn’t have the medicine, that it would be in Monday or Tuesday. I told her this was totally unacceptable. I work in customer service and I would be fired for the same actions. She said it’s not her fault, it’s Walgreens rules. This was the icing in the cake for my family. After several similar instances in the past three months, we’ll do business with Walmart!

Had a curbside pickup and the young lady was not professional. When instructing her where to place the items, she did not hear me and her response was "What?" and gave the impression she did not want to be at work.

Sierra has to be one of the rudest and unprofessional persons I have dealt with in a while.
From the way she informs people of insurance problems to using a RX card.
Where does Walgreens find these people.
I used them for about 2 year and left because of the rudeness and lack of service.
Good service equals return business!!
Walgreens will be next to close down!
