very bad experience, the pharmacy is never ready. I got prescribed two prescriptions. I called and the automated service said it will be ready the next day at 0915. Ok, gotta wait a little bit. I get there at 1100 and they tell me the one that was supposed to be ready at 0915 isn't ready. They said they will have it ready in 30 minutes. I told them to text me. Now here it is 24 hours later and they have no timeline on when it will be ready. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY IF YOU NEED YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS IN A TIMELY MANNER. I got zero sleep last night, why you may ask? well because I didn't get my prescription. I tried calling, been on hold for 45 minutes. HORRIBLE SERVICE. If I had known this, I would have sent my prescriptions somewhere else. I will not be using Walgreens any more going forward.

Now I understand why all the reviews for this pharmacy and terrible! Waited in line for an hour and 20 minutes to get my medication! Never again! I will be changing Walgreens asap!

Waited in line for an hour and ten minutes for them to tell me that they dropped the ball and didn’t fill one of my meds, and the other one was not filled either and estimated time was already an hour over and to give them about 20 min and to go wait back in line and they would both be ready. Only giving another star because they called my name over the speaker when I walked in the store and I didn’t and up waiting for 20 more minutes.

FIND A DIFFERENT PHARMACY
Told 90 mins, waited 2 hours then proceeded to wait in a 30 min line to then be told they need another 30 min when i finally get to the front of the line and to top it off the cashier had an attitude from hell.

The pharmacy is the worst. The drive through is always backed up and they are always out of stock or “running behind schedule “ . I would not recommend Walgreens on South Broadway and Rieck Road.

The wait is always RIDICULOUS. With two littles, the drive-thru is the best option but you will literally sit for 45 minutes in this line because they have two lanes manned by one
person. Every time. It’s dumb. The only reason I’ve given two stars instead of one is because the people working are generally friendly.

Lied to me numerous times about when my prescription would be ready. Every time I stand in line I see people leaving with no prescription because they were probably lied to also.

Just left ER, my medication was sent electronically to the pharmacy, waited for over an hour to be seen, only to find that my order was “stuck” in insurance so they didn’t fill it- would be an extra 15- 20 minutes while I’m in horrific pain- this is unacceptable, people are in pain, having medical issues, so much time wasted because of insurance uncertainty- this system is not efficient- not acceptable- there has to be a better way for customers and for employees- no need to put people through more stress, to make them wait much longer than expected- customers should be notified if the pharmacy needs more information, needs to give customer updates regarding their prescription, I suffered in pain due to this store, pharmacy having non- existent communication with me, even though I’m in their system

My pharmacy was out of stock of the prescription I needed and couldn’t even tell me when they would have it in. The pharmacist at this Walgreens took me and my needs seriously. He transferred my script shortly before my pharmacy was going to close and quickly got it ready so that I could get pain relief. Thank you so much! I will be switching pharmacies.

I can NEVER just pick up a prescription at this location without waiting over 30 minutes in store or in the drive thru… it doesn’t matter what time or what day… this place is an unorganized train wreck.

Walgreens is such a convenient place to shop for my health and wellness necessities. The most important thing is I like is the expiry dates of their products are way far to expire than the other pharmacies.

So this pharmacy used to be amazing. My recent few visits have been absolutely terrible. Extremely long waits in line, in which I had to just leave because I am a very busy person. Then yesterday I found out they put my medicine up and had to refill it. I come in today and find out that it wasn’t even filled yesterday, the pharmacist told me that she would have it filled in 20 minutes. So I came back 30 minutes later and it hasn’t been filled and she told me that she marked it as not important enough to be filled right away. I’m so pissed I can’t even see straight. Of course I want it filled right away! I have to drive an hour to get here and it was supposed to be filled yesterday. Come on lady look at the situation. I was expecting initially to come in and get it immediately, not wait for it to be filled like it was supposed to be yesterday
