Chloe gave me the best experience I’ve ever had at a pharmacy while purchasing my meds. Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable about medicine.

This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. They are so slow, and have no regard for the customers time. They will take forever to help you in the drive thru. When you call, they always claim to have other callers on the line in-front of you. I’ve only been dealing with them for a month, and I’m switching to a different pharmacy. I hope they either fire the current employees or reprimand them so they can treat the customers as they should.

I've had great experiences, especially with Ethan who works there. Except for one statin medication that is controversial my prescription is ready on time, check out is quick and courteous whether in the store or drive through. Before moving to Tyler, I'd heard complaints about other Walmart pharmacies, but I've been very satisfied here.

My doctor called in a prescription. I received a message that it was ready. The clerk at the pharmacy said that my insurance was denied. I called my insurance and they fixed my name to match my drivers license and the pharmacy's. My insurance card had my middle name, which is what I go by, and not my first name. The clerk kept denying my insurance so I said fine, I'll pay for it. My insurance lady was on speaker and her voice was raised "I see her prescription! Give her her prescription!" The clerk still refused so I said I'll pay for it. The clerk typed and said $451.xx and I said ok. (My message stated that they prescription was $312.44.) The clerk then screamed "NO! Your prescription is cancelled!" and she walked away....again...I was there for an hour and 20 minutes and she kept telling me "Get out of line, I need to help our customers." My insurance lady told me that she had heard everything and documented it. I'm filing a complaint with management and corporate.

This is the worse pharmacy In Tyler! The staff and manager are incompetent and cannot do their job effectively. Save yourself the headache and frustration and use a different pharmacy!

They have always had mine and my children's prescriptions ready quickly, and their system texts me as soon as they're filled so I know when they are ready! Very convenient since I am always in there shopping anyways. Staff are always very helpful and swift!

I had a great experience in the pharmacy yesterday, employee Kevin is a great asset to the store. I was with my mom getting a vaccine and Kevin was handling multiple impatient customers with ease and kindness while continuing to work efficiently. He is definitely going above and beyond. Great work Kevin!!

They tried to use old insurance on my daughter and messed up her Medicaid. I've called 1,000 numbers and I'm still having to pay for prescriptions. You'll also have to ask them to update your number every time you visit. Also, I never got text notifications. The cashier in the pharmacy area just looked at me knowing there was a huge line, never calling me forward and I waited patiently for her to finish up and call me forward. She never did. The pharmacist had to tell her to call us forward. So don't kindly wait in the ropes. They prefer rude I'm here now customers. I like the pharmacist. She goes above and beyond. I've never had a problem in the drive-through.

This is the store I go to the most since it's the closest one to me but I'm rarely happy with my grocery pickup experience. They are often out of several things I ordered and they either make odd substitutions or they just don't substitute anything at all. The employees are normally very polite though. I feel like they are just way understaffed.

I had a good experience at this Walmart when I was temporarily in Tyler for some business. It was nicer than I normally expect of a Walmart and I went a few times to get groceries during my stay. My shopping experience was pretty average, and there were plenty of registers and self check out kiosks open to allow for a fairly quick in and out. Definitely check it out if you're in a pinch!

Walmart has a serious problem with filling meds. My daughter just tried to have a RX filled in Tyler .Her normal Walmart has all information on file for insurance. This Walmart refused to fill without her card. She had a serious medical problem and went to the doctor out of town. Walmart should have called her regular Walmart for information....they refused. You would think all Walmarts would have shared information to help customer. Poor service on that Walmart in Tyler and poor service on Walmart system for not having it where all walmarts share customer information. Need to remember what customer service is these days.
