I visited the Walmart Auto Center on Highway 64 in Tyler, Texas, to have my tires changed, but I was unexpectedly denied service. I was told that “the computer didn’t give access,” and that nothing could be done—no explanation, no alternative options, no willingness to help. What made the experience worse was that there were no other customers waiting, so the refusal to assist felt completely unjustified. The staff was noticeably unfriendly and dismissive, making me feel like my business didn’t matter at all. I expected a basic level of customer service and problem-solving, but got none of that. Very disappointing experience at a location that should represent the Walmart standard better.

Every time I go to this store there is some kind of issue. What is the purpose of having so many self checkout registers if they are never open! Maybe 1 or 2 scan and go are open at a time. The wait time to check out is insane! You have 1 person working one side of the self checkouts. While a few are actually checking out people. You need more people working the front attending to customers. I have never seen a manager offer to help out or bring more checkers to help with the long lines. Your workers need help!

Love the walmart & the people but everytime I buy my taco shells or hardshells in general everything is always old and stale. Finna switch to sams or super 1... so tired of stale product.

Is WalMart, never enough open checkouts. It's impossible to find somebody to ask a question. The prices are generally low. So you pick your battles. It was very clean.

This Walmart is a ZOO. It's big and has everything super Walmart should. It's not in the nicest part of town. We made the mistake of coming on the first Friday of the month. Payday and the fresh arrival of food stamps, welfare and disability checks all coincided. It was crazy in there. Lots of shoppers with special payments and very few lines open. Employees seemed to act like they didn't really wa.t to be there. If you have wheels go to South Tyler or Lindale for a better shopping experience.

This Walmart is a very clean store... a very big store with great selection. the staff was helpful and helped me find the things I was looking for. they had a good amount of registers open.. I'm one of the cashiers actually waved me down as I was walking by to let me know that she was open and ready to help me check out. a beautiful store with beautiful service
