A prime example that racism still exists, To the store manager and the door greeter today at 5/1/25 at 4 pm, Troup Highway, please don't walk up on any person assuming they don't have receipts for merchandise in their hand, and when asked did you come to check for a receipt, her reply was no I was coming to be friendly. Friendly should have taken place when I entered the store and you looked at me and didn't say one word. No you thought I was a Black woman walking out with unpaid for merchandise. Then you continued to mumble something smart as I continued to keep walking. What happen to good customer service, it don't help to complain because these store managers are just holding positions.

The store was not bad, and the few people we talked to were nice, not very helpful l.. they could not help us with the phones, could not answer our questions... and did not seem to help us... we felt like we bothered her... we left and went to Best Buy, where we got help and they were knowledgeable about their products...
