Unprofessional, high cost didn't have full supplies needed for repair. Called for s23 ultra had 1 screen in stock no adhesive had to listen worker shuffle through items before said didn't have adhesive in stock

Amazing how one minute they have the part. Sir that will cost you $399.00 and then you have a mfg warranty claim that costs $0.00. You somehow don't have the part.

Called and even though I realized this store doesn't take my phones insurance plan, and told the man on the phone upfront I wouldn't be coming there, he still kindly answered all the questions I had. Great customer service.

I don't like to leave bad reviews. These people were really nice. Unfortunately my husbands phone went from barely charging to not charging at all. We were hoping that by coming here we were going to get the phone fixed but instead received the phone in a worse condition where we can't get the charger cable to make any sort of connection with the phone at all. It was a dead phone all night. Update: we took the phone to a different phone repair place in town and they fixed the issue.

Today I went to We Fix it Phone Repair in Batteries Plus Bulbs thinking my cell phone battery had given up the ghost and needed to be replaced. I took it in for a replacement and the fellow behind the counter (I think his name is Mike) took the phone into a small room and did his magic by cleaning out the charger port on the phone. Now it seems to work, he didn't charge me a dime and he has a new regular customer when the need arises for more batteries for other pieces of electronics. The best part is Mike was very helpful, courteous, and happy to help. In my opinion, his customer service went the extra mile to help and saved me about $60 on unneeded phone repair. Thank you so much!!!!

They’re nice people there were going to fix my phone and give me discounts and stuff that I don’t necessarily qualify for but since my phone got just a little bit broken after having their snap on or whatever they call it on the screen the snap on people aren’t standing by that but so they are giving me discounts
