I can't thank this mechanic enough! My clutch went out and I was desperate—this is my only car and every other shop was booked out for weeks. He got me in right away and had it fixed fast. Great service, honest work, and a real lifesaver. Highly recommend!

I can’t say enough good things about Allen at West Erwin Auto Repair in Tyler, TX! I brought in my 1994 Jeep Wrangler to get the air conditioner fixed, fully expecting that the whole unit would need to be replaced. But Allen went above and beyond—he didn’t just replace the entire system. Instead, he searched high and low online and found a replacement compressor for a fraction of the cost! On top of that, I asked him to help with installing some side steps. Given the age of my Jeep, none of the pre-made steps fit properly, so Allen took it a step further and welded them on to make sure they were secure enough to use. I was so impressed with the work that I immediately recommended him to my son for his Toyota. Not only did he get the job done quickly, but it was also top-notch. I’m thrilled to have found a mechanic in town I can trust, and I wholeheartedly recommend Allen at West Erwin Auto Repair to anyone in need of quality service!

I highly-highly recommend West Erwin Auto Repair. Alan is honest, fair, affordable, and was quick in repairing my AC.Everyone else had a one to two week lead time and a high diagnostic fee- not this shop.Alan saw me the same morning and repaired it quickly. This shop is the BEST in the area.This will be my go to for all my vehicle repairs.

Needed AC repair done on my Dodge neon...assumed it was the compressor ..call for a estimate..was quoted around 600.00 dollars..after inspection of the vehicle..Allen discovered that it was only the suction line..charge only 290.00 for the repair...very honest business...5stars
