Terrible customer service and extremely disrespectful. Would not recommend if you want basic decency when dealing with the shop.

In a position to fix up a newish truck. Stopped in to price shop and was immediately talked to from all the way across the room. "What do you need?" Young man seemed irritated I wouldn't speak to him until I got up to the counter. Biggest problem I have here is the salesman I spoke with. Young man about 20-30 years younger than me, talked to me like I was simple. I don't appreciate it. Guy wouldn't even look at my truck and get out from behind the counter. I wanted his opinion on things such as rims and tires, lifts, and brushguard. He claimed " I've seen an f250 before"....basically telling me my vehicle isn't too important to him. The store wasn't busy that morning. I was the only one there. I only discussed a ranch hand brush guard. This place wanted over 2500$ for it. If I'm going to spend 1000's....you had better act interested if you want my business. After coaxing the guy out from behind the counter he did finally go out to look and discuss some things, but by that point I already had my mind made up to be honest. I will have you know, woodys, I will spend MORE at another place if they talk to me correctly with the proper respect. Not like some hobo thst just walked in off the street. You should speak to your staff about that. However, turns out your the highest place in town on the brushguard I wanted, so you did me a favor saving me over 300$. Thank you. I would advise others not to shop here.

I ordered a hitch for my Subaru Forester through them for an upcoming trip. They told me the part would arrive in a couple of days, and I scheduled my installation appointment four days after the expected arrival. On the day of the appointment, they informed me the part hadn’t come in and wasn’t expected until the day of my appointment—completely contradicting what they originally told me. Very incompetent staff, and all they could say was ‘sorry,’ while my trip was completely ruined. I won't be doing business here again.

Got a speaker box bed linered there about 6 years ago. Box turned out good, so this year I had another box and wanting to get it sprayed. Horrible quality and bubbles everywhere. Don’t recommend.

Don’t recommend. Cost is high, support is low. Quality of craftsmanship is questionable. Kick the can and blame others.

Customer service skills not so much.
Advise that you bring a thick wallet cause it isn't cheap.

When talking to them on doing a 6in lift & bull bar, they tried to over sell me on what I wanted & discouraged me on what I needed. Gave me a bad feeling. I hope I’m wrong, but I didn’t want to take that chance. Took my business elsewhere & saved $1800

Talk to owner said he would sell me controller out of new box, got there and changed his mind after driving 30 minutes. Told me it was too hard to replace the part so sorry we can't sell it! Definitely didn't hold to their word!

Called about having ng a grille with lights installed on my truck. Was told it would be a 3 hr job and the would have to take multiple peices off that I knew didn't have to come off and hardwire the lights to my headlights....I explained it was plug and go and he basically said no we have to rewire to the headlights and it's going to be 3 hrs...at that point I hung up and did it myself. In less than 30 minutes.
