went to the carwash and paid at 8pm. Car got washed and when I went to vacuum the guy told me they were closed. He flat out told me I couldn't vacuum my car but he took my money to wash the car and didn't tell me the vacuum would be off . This is the second time I have had a negative experience here. Thought I'd try again but it still was not a good. The one star is to good

Good wash job. The dryer could do better- always have to dry entire truck after going through.They should supply hands towels to dry off like everyone else.

This is a great place to run your vehicle through! No line, quick payment, and rolled through. Attendant came out and put a piece of tape across my back wiper to make sure the brushes didn’t mess it up. Got the basic wash and it did a great job!

Does an exceptional job. Only suggestion would be to add an incentive for signing up for 6 months, 1 year, etc. like the membership but most other car washes will offer an incentive for a longer contract.

Fair price. Decent wash but the dryers are not as effective as I would like. I'm forced to dry my rear-view mirrors, the doors below the mirrors, the back trunk area, and rear quarter panels. Vacuums are well maintained.

Overall all of the xpress locations does a good job except the one on the SSW Loop in Tyler to the point I try not to use it if possible. It does not clean the car as well. Sometimes it does not remove all the soap or wax (blue residue) on my vehicle. It is not the fault of the employees it has something to do with the infrastructure of that facility. Friends that use your service regularly say the same thing about that facility not cleaning as well as the others.

What fun to drive thru, watch the gate go up automatically, and as I put my car in neutral, the smiling attendant came out just in time to tape my windshield wiper on my back window! Love this car wash! The mechanics are gentle, not harsh on my car’s paint. If there are bugs on my front bumper, I just mention it to the attendant, and extra care is given to remove them. Highly recommend, won’t go anywhere else!

Car wash. Front bumper cover on my highlander and daughters came detached. Running board on drivers side of mine bent. Car never clean. Front license plate sticking straight out after wash. Will have to pay to get bumper repair. ?

Only time I've ever been a member at a car wash, but I have had the service for 2 years now that Express Car Wash and I absolutely love it. Everything is always in working condition. The soap smells great coming through my air conditioner vents so it also makes the car smell good on the inside. I think the only downfall to the entire Express Car Wash at all three locations here in Tyler Texas is that the one on Broadway does not have the floor mat cleaner. But overall in general it helps me out a lot and the place is great and everybody is so very friendly. 5 star service!!!Services: Vacuuming

I just used this car wash. The vacuums are great, but the carwash itself is sub-par. I still have bugs all over the front-end of the vehicle. Other than that, it did a decent job. However, I won't be returning though.

XPRESS CAR WASH is ideal for us, there are several locations in Tyler and we have used them all. Not only do they have convenient locations but the car wash itself is second to none. We are on a monthly pay plan that makes it affordable to wash our vehicles daily. We recommend their service to everyone.
