Store is clean and well lit. The isles are clear, not clogged up.Products are well displayed making them easy to find.Products are also well rotated such that expired ones are taken out and replaced in a timely manner.The operator is very friendly, very polite and concientious. Is always ready to direct customers to where things are with a smile.

We had a super great experience. Me and my grandma went in to see what was there and ended up actually getting a suitcase that was on sale for a super great price. Our cashier was the kindest woman. Great service and pleasant experience! We'll be back.

The young girl at the store needs to learn more about customer service. Smile or acknowledge customers when they walk in or even respond when spoken to. She was on the phone talking the entire time I was there, ignored me while I dug through the disorganized freezers trying to find what I was looking for. Then muttered "is that all?" when I wanted to check out. No "hello, or even thank you for coming" just total silence.There's many other competitors in tyler for them to be this nonchalant about their clients. Please do better.
