Brett has been awesome!! As an owner of a 2020 fusion, my warranty has just expired and my car started making a noise that scared me. Took my car to Brett and even though he is extremely busy, he got me in to drop my car off on Friday morning at 8am. by 11, I got a message that the problem had been found and fixed. Took it in for a clunk in the front end and the owner had me replace parts in the front end. I paid parts plus labor and drive off and clunk is still there. Owner basically told me we can replace more parts and pay for labor until we figure it out.. Just spend a buncha money til we figure it out.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I had trouble steering my car, and I decided to let Mr. Brett and his team of mechanics take a look at my vehicle to see what was wrong. I visited the auto shop right when it opened, and Mr. Brett explained to me how my rack and pinion needed to be replaced. He told me exactly how long it was going to take to replace it and how much it would be. He and his mechanics are professional, detail-oriented and thorough. This is exactly the way an auto repair shop should be: Upfront and honest with what needs to be done with anyone's car. I have to apologize to him and his crew because my car is old, I mean, 1990s old. Mr. Brett was courteous and had everything done before the end of the work day. He and his team took care of the car that I love; a car that was handed down from my deceased father to me. That means a lot when an auto shop is able to work with you and get you back on the road in no time at all. I hope to continue getting my car serviced at B & S Automotive in the future.
