I use this branch for many of my business needs but I went in today for personal reasons and just felt so good by how welcoming the entire staff always is. Adrianna R. Helped me with my account setup and she was so informative & amazing with how she handled my account.

Every single time I’ve come to this bank there’s only 1 or NONE of the ATMs working… huge waste of time to drive out here only to be able to do nothing.If you’re looking for an ATM, don’t count on this branch having a working one.

It’s been years I didn’t visit a branch. I felt so welcomed by employees once I entered the building and everyone was friendly. I noticed that some clients are entitled and impatient complaining why there is one teller and DT closed and in the same time refusing to have the app or use ATM to make their life easier. Thank you to this branch employee staying professional and helpful.

This location sucks always closes before the time they have on the door. This is the second time I come and their lobby is closed and this is 20 minutes before 4 pm. Is this right???? Should they be closing this early????? I’m the second person that gets here before 4 and the doors aren’t open This needs to stop we bank with you for a reason not for a the inconvenience.

My husband and I are veterans. We came to this branch with a pretty big cashiers check drawn off an account at one of their branches. We asked before depositing when the funds were going to be available and told midnight. We were held at the location over 4 hours obviously we were discriminated against by age and race and most likely because we didn't dress as we were wealthy enough for them. After being told they were trying to verify the funds they had us deposit with the teller. Later that evening we received a first email saying they were going to hold the funds an additional amount of time because they suspected they were going to be returned and then a second email stating they would be held even longer. I notified my attorney who issued the cashier check and he tried to cancel the check but was told he would have to wait 90 days before he would be able to cancel the cashiers check. If you need to open an account or do any business in banking this bank is unethical and they are dishonest. I would suggest that you use another bank.

Awful, slow, inconvenient times, can't do anything in person without spending 2 hours there. They give you no love ever and that isn't banking.

You only need an appointment for financial services, assistance, planning. Otherwise, tellers are always available. Welcoming, professional, friendly and knowledgeable!

ALWAYS 1 teller… but 8-10 in their cubicles doing “busy” work. Hire more tellers,,, and open up your drive thru. Customers are waiting 10-20 min in your lobby just to make deposits…

People are USUALLY nice. At least all the women are. But you guy’s serious need to rework your scheduling. When it’s busy you only have One teller and when you aren’t busy you have 3. It’s ridiculous to take over 30mins just to wait for help and then an additional 20 mins to make 3 deposits and get some change. Going through the atm or deposit box isn’t any quicker unfortunately

Worst "service" ever. The branch manager Vivian Bush stated she didn't have a business card to provide since I wanted to make a complaint. What kind of bank manager does not have business cards?? While I was waiting I witnessed BofA customers come in requesting a wire transfer and because it was 350 and they were closing the teller said they couldn't do it because they closed in ten minutes and the wire transfer takes too long and they close at 4. The customer understood it wouldn't go out today but still needed to get it done today because she was off. They told her again that they had other closing duties and could not do the transfer. This was happening while Ms Bush was "attempting" to verify a check drawn off of their account from my wife's 401k with Merrill Lynch. She stated if we had an account they could cash it but since we didn't she couldn't cash it. She also stated she did not believe it was a fraudulent check just that she couldn't verify and there was absolutely no one she could call??? I used to be an operations supervisor for Washington Mutual and then Chase bank and know this is not proper procedure and definitely not good customer service. When I asked for a number to speak with someone higher she simply gave me the customer service number that allowed me to speak with no one since you have to input your banking info to access a live person. Worst experience at any bank ever. I will continue to attempt to report this situation as this money was needed and the situation not handled correctly simply because they "did not have the time" to deal with it.

Worst bank ever. Not recommend at all. Good luck ever getting your own money from them. Real good about taking your money but not giving it to you.
