The overall experience was wonderful. The place was very clean. The employees were friendly and very helpful. Ms Sandy was very polite and helpful. The restroom was clean and smelled good.

This place has a washing machine the size of a semi cab. Washes like a champ. Only costs 720 quarters. Or however many $5 is.

Be careful going here. You have some pathetic people come in this location and steal your belongings from the dryer and drive off quickly. Whoever took my mother’s belongings I hope they find you on camera and post your picture everywhere.

Edited: was a 5star but since the old guy called the cops on me for me telling him not to touch my baskets it's no longer a place I enjoy doing my laundry.

I've been coming her for years and had no issues. Place is clean, machines work well. Updated washers and dryers. However lately ppl will come wash and leave their clothes in the machines for hours. Very inconvenient especially when they are using the only big machines that take large loads. There's rarely ever an attendant to keep things in order and if they are, they are very older. At other places attendants would remove the wet clothes from washers and set them aside to allow other customers to use the machines. Place needs someone here atleast during the day

No toilet paper, no hand soap, trash in floor and on washer. Lost 25¢ under dryer and put 25¢. in the top dryer but it would not start. This place use to be clean and nice. Can't believe it has gotten this bad in less than a month.

I've been going here since I moved to Cibolo a year and half ago but not anymore the older gentleman that works the evenings is very invasive and controlling! It makes you very uncomfortable !

The people where very kind to me didn't have the cash on me only on card and they gave me what I need to wash my clothes so I can have clean clothes for the next week of work I am very happy and blessed for coming here I have fath my father will bless them for blessing me and many more blessings to come for them thank you for y'all's help will be back when in the area.

Never had issues getting a couple of machines. They have really large waters for only 5 dollars which is a 20 min cycle. The place is kept clean and safe. Air conditioners work very well and is very cool inside even when busy.

Always clean and reasonably priced here. The laundromat has always been there, but it looks new. The staff are a friendly, kind and helpful group.
