The recent rental experience was excellent. They provided excellent customer service. I was in and out very quickly plus they picked me up and drove me back to the body shop. I recommend Enterprise.

Picked me up after i dropped my car off at the shop. They where a bit understaffed at their office but still reasonable wait times. The rest went smooth with an easy after hours drop-off.

My experience was not a good one . Made a reservation 3 days ago showed up they had no cars available. The guy who looked up my reservation said I didn’t have a reservation, but yet they had someone pick me up, at the set time from the body shop I was taking my truck too. They had me wait 1hr and 45 mins for a car, and when one finally became available this thing was absolutely filthy! Back windows had finger prints smudged all over, dog hair in the back seat, and hot Cheetos in the cracks of the passenger seat. The guy said for the inconvenience he was giving me an Upgrade for the same price, as the original car I was supposed to get. Smh! Worse experience! Then they send me a text asking me to rate service, I put a review and no response.

Mr. Cunningham offered great service to his customers he made sure I was taken of in a timely manner. He also made sure a ride was provided to me to get to my collision repair shop safe and sound to pick up my truck. Mr. Cunningham has shown Outstanding service and his attentiveness to his customers is bar to none. Great work sir!!!

Car that was given to me was invested with ants. Had to vacuum the car and wipe it down with citrus cleaner multiple times to try to control the ant problem.
