Blake and Tanner were very immature and unprofessional. Their behavior when I first pulled into the bay left me uncertain of the quality of service my 2019 Traverse would receive. - I should have trusted my gut, because I had to return within the week to have Chase redo the oil change because every time I would start my SUV a big puff of black smoke would emanate from my exhaust. The oil level was beyond full. Chase had to extract all 7+ quarts from my engine. My car only needs 6!! — Chase redid the oil change but that oil pump or those seals start giving me issues, I’ll definitely be back but it won’t be for an oil change.

This Take 5 location is always very quick and I feel like they care about my cars. I trust them with my rare low mileage vehicle and my three other daily drivers. The prices are fair and you can schedule ahead of time to skip a potential line if you needed to get an oil change on your lunch break for example.

Really quick and efficient. In and out in less than 10 minutes. Prices not too exaggerated either. I’ll probably visit again if I don’t feel like changing the oil myself.

As soon as you arrive the come out with ice cold bottles of water which is very much appreciated. I love the fact that I don't have to leave my car and that they don't try to upsale you on anything. Any question I had they were very knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you!
