Do not come here. If you respect your vehicle and/or time go anywhere else. They tried to scam me into paying a ridiculous amount of money (because I’m a woman, no doubt.) then when insurance could cover the cost it was cut to half. I had to come back on work done 4 months ago then come back on the newest work done two days after that.

I went to the location in San Antonio on Nacogdoches Rd. The shop and the staff were fantastic, please give everyone a raise.

Scheduled an appointment yesterday at 1 o'clock for a vehicle inspection and I show up and am told it will take a few hours until they can see me. Clearly and plainly rude and immoral business. Would not recommend this place or location unless you want to waste your time.

3 stars because I was told they dropped the price to 1,400 something and when it come to pay I told the man that and he straight lied to my facing charges me 1580 saying oh that’s the taxes that’s what it is over 1500 and when I look over the price wasn’t lowered to the price it was told.

Awesome job. Quick in and out. State inspection was a breeze. Asa the front desk gentleman had great customer service skills. I used to avoid this place because of the old cantankerous man that used to manage the store. I'm glad this place got so much better with their customer services.

I was a walk-in using the CarAdvise App to get a discount on windshield wipers. I was greeted immediately and was told what the price would be. It was a little bit higher than what aI was quoted through the app, but still less than what it would have been if I just purchased the wipers without the app. He also put them on for me. I appreciated the service and that it was done immediately even though I was a walk-in customer without an appointment.

Good service, good attitude, good teamwork and energy between the guys even in the last half hour before close, and they seem genuinely interested in keeping customers appraised if there’s a delay or issue. The music coming through the wall from the shop is pretty good, too. The jackets say Steve / Steve / Abraham. Good guys.

Had to stop coming to this location. They used to be my go to. Right up the street, great customer service. I came in for an oil and filter change. My car requires synthetic oil changes but I noticed a higher price than normal when asked to pay. When I inquired about the price and mentioned that I'd never paid that much for the service in the past, the guy magically took over $20 off my bill. Not sure what that was about, but I didn't appreciate the random uptick in price, nor the lack of explanation on the change or random increase. Won't be coming back to this location.
