Their website is well laid out, so I was able to determine which flower arrangement I wanted to order. I then called to place my order for delivery to a nearby hospital. When they delivered the flowers to the hospital they discovered my friend had already been discharged. They called me immediately and I was able to provide a home address so they could make the delivery.
