This Clearner does a really great job. White comes back white ,but they're really expensive. I had a two-piece suit, 17.99 two white dresses, one was 24.99, and the other one was 26.99. I walked out the cleaner, paying over 75.00 dollars, and that's with a military 10% discount. For 4 pieces, I paid almost 100.00. Apparently, the owners haven't heard that sometimes you can price yourselves completely out of business. Getting these pieces done 3 × would result in paying more to clean them than what they're worth!!!

PLEASE READ..... STAY AWAY. OMG!!! Expensive for okay work. I decided to try this cleaners for the first time since it was close to my new job. My first mistake was that I did not read the reviews. Please read the reviews, they are on spot. The people are not very friendly and I literally paid $125.00 for five garments. I was shocked. I could have purchased new garments for that price. I told the lady that it explains why they had no customers. She justified the extreme prices by telling me that the owner had not raised his prices since before COVID. In my opinion, this company will put itself out of business, because nobody can afford them. Ask before you put your clothes in this cleaners.

If I could leave less than 1-star I would. I dropped my jacket off on November 19th. My jacket requires some pretty specific cleaning methods. When dropping it off with this place, I went over the tag instructions with the person I dropped the jacket off with. They said they could accommodate. Fast forward to today (12/03)... Over TWO weeks. I told the person I was there to pick up my jacket, and she said they couldn't do anything. Even more concerning, my jacket was just thrown over the side of one of the bins. They couldn't even hang it up. Horrible expectations, horrible presentation of customer's property back to them. Avoid this place like the plague.Service: Special care fabric cleaning

I usually go to my normal cleaners on FM 78 but it was a Saturday and it was closed. French Quality Cleaners was still opened in my area soI was hesitant to use them but i really needed some garments washed and pressed. I took a blazer, silk blouse, and some other items. I'm not sure if the lady who took our stuff was hesitant to take our stuff because we were black but it gave me that vibe. She told me over and over she couldn't press my leather shirt bc it make get damaged. I totally understood her the first time but she just kept repeating herself over and over like she was afraid of my reaction or something. So i was annoyed but proceeded to listen. She told us we would pay when we pick up so she never told us at least an estimate. Why did they almost charge $100 for 5 items. They charged the leather as a jacket cost but the lady failed to tell us. She was so busy telling me what she couldn't do when it came to pressing it instead of saying it'll be over $40 charge. I was pissed and I'll never come back to this or suggest it. They need to go out of business bc it looks like they barely get it anyway. If you're reading this review, skip this place when thinking about a cleaners. Thank me later!

$18.00 for 2 shirts and they weren’t even pressed. I asked the lady is she sure that it’s $9.00 a piece just for cleaning and she said they went up in prices. I said but $9.00 for a plain basic shirt and she said “we gotta survive too”. Which I get but I can name 5 different cleaners half the price that do much better job.

Reasonably priced, excellent work and customer service. I've taken a variety of specialty items here (leather, suede, custom workstation covering). They took great care with my items and renewed an old, stained suede jacket. Highly recommended.

I am resident Olympia Hills, Universal City. Had been using this establishment since 2008. Heavily averaged over $300 month with dry-cleaning, linens, wool jackets etc. well the short of this long story is the owner of all things the arrogant disrespectful non professional customer “service” I received with no regard of my faithful repeat customer. I asked for the clothing I just dropped off because of this reprobate behind counter. Damage to my expensive Ariat Western shirt was blatantly ignored, denied, side stepped. They haven't clue of Quality let alone proper edict of customer service relations. They are a joke. Hostile, rude, utter disregard of manners, they have lost me as s customer, my parents and all my friends, i will gladly share this with EVERYONE I know here in community. Good day sir, this Honorably discharged Marine will happily engage your competitors to spend my hard earned $$$! See ya on the green someday chuck!! Thank you so much for opening my eyes to the level you are at in commerce. Sad but true.DennisSgt. 24th MEU USMC Retired

I have been working with French Quality Cleaners in both the cleaning and Alterations area for many years now. As retired US Army and active in US and Military History Education, I have had numerous alterations performed. I actually have never been disappointed with services provided. Custom alterations-reasonably priced and dry cleaning, will keep me coming back for all my uniform and personal clothing needs. I’ve asked their skilled tailors to do some challenging work I’m sure other places wouldn’t touch and lately on a Trenchcoat that was amazing...perfect. I’ll stay with Jay and Lupe for skill, price and always a warm sincere smile.

I needed a large quilt cleaned and my normal cleaners recommended them. They did a good job and for a queen size quilt it was 40 something dollars. No issues with it after I picked it up.

3 Capri cotton rompers was $68. There was no starch or creases and one had a big rip. The service women picking up was horribly rude. I've never paid so much for dry cleaning clothes that wasn't special material. When I asked what was done that the price was so high her response was 'ugh they were dry cleaned' OBVIOUSLY. I told her she her response was rude and sassy and she replied 'I'm sorry you feel that way'. I was a first time customer and never again.
