H&R Block provides tax services. Staff are described as awesome, super friendly, and very kind, knowing everything about taxes. They are welcoming and professional, answering all questions. Some customers were seen right away without an appointment, while others reported being refused as walk-ins despite a welcoming sign, leading to comments about very poor customer service. Many would highly recommend the business for their tax needs.
Words cannot describe how awesome these guys are they know everything there needs to know about taxes. I did a walk in and was help by two awesome people Jennifer and James and they not only helped me they went above and beyond and really helped my situation. 10 out of 10 would recommend.
