I called on 10/1 for a quote, the representative said she was busy and had a few people before me she wanted to take care of. I offered to email my information for a quote which she agreed and I did immediately. I also sent copies of my current coverages for auto and home. I did not hear from anyone for 3 days. This method of contact one I did hear from them was email... there was no call or follow-up. Just an email. I noticed on the quote my coverages didn't match. For example I have different deductibles for both my cars and both comprehensive and collision. No military discounts were offered despite being available with the companies quoted. Decided not to use this company although the homeowners quote was favorable. Not sure of the auto because of the discrepancies.

I spent some time with Robert Isaac today. I had never gone through an insurance broker before, but I'm glad I did this time around. Robert explained how it all worked. We had some great laughs! He was very personable and I enjoyed the conversations we had. I was particularly fond of how patient he was with me as I adjusted numbers and tried different things to get the policy somewhere where I could fit it into my budget. He did share with me any risks I would be taking for reducing coverage and what I would be gaining with others. He was exactly who I needed while shopping around. The chances of me returning to Robert when I'm ready to shop around again are very high. I highly recommend him for all your insurance needs.

Have had auto insurance with them for over 10 years. Would highly recommend. Always extremely helpful when I have questions or want to make changes to policy. Don’t have a single negative thing to say. Very helpful and quick response when have needed to file a claim. Have since added renter policy with group since having good experience with my auto policy from them.
