Fantastic value and easy to get to the unit. Juat drive right up. No need to travel long hallways and elevators. They are open early and close late. Clean and secured. On-site staff is very friendly , too.

We are a military family and just moved to San Antonio. We had to scramble to find a storage company on short notice to receive some of our house-hold goods that we shipped from California. We called Extra Space and talked to Ursala who set everything up to receive our belongings before we arrived. She was amazing! Then, today when I moved my belongings out of the Extra Space storage facility I had the pleasure of working with Becky who was super friendly and helpful and provided world class customer service assisting me throughout the move out process. I would recommend Extra Space to anyone that wants a safe, clean environment with the friendliest staff on the planet. Thank you!

Melissa was a huge help when I stupidly locked myself out of my own unit trying to change the combo lock!
She verified my identity and then helped me get set up with another lock. Her customer service was excellent!

Staff are incredibly helpful and friendly to talk to. Melissa has been a huge help the other day when I needed to have the doors unbolted and provided a reference for junk removal when I asked about one. Talk about above and beyond! Thank you again for the wonderful service!
