Coming from Houston I was struggling with where to take my 2002 Porsche for service. I found this shop online and scheduled the job with JR (oil change on Boxster). Excellent service - honest advise on cars of this age and service that was above and beyond expectations.

I brought my vehicle here for a repair and the electrical system has not worked properly since. I filed a complaint with the BBB and the owners response did not address the issue. I am very disappointed in the response and inaccurate reply that did not attempt to address the issue.
As a Veteran I would expect that honesty and integrity would be most important, but this business has fallen short for its handling of the situation. I paid and did all the suggestive repairs only to receive a vehicle that is not safe for my son to drive. I cannot even attempt to sell at its present condition. I have receipts and the module that was said the be at the shop for the reply to the BBB. Very dishonest!!!

I took my car here a few years ago and can I say wow they are very professional and understanding. I tried replacing my air intake system and caused a massive air leak that wouldn’t ruined the whole engine luckily they were able to fix the awful mess I left the car in when I tried doing it myself. They are one of the few shops that even allows you to take your own parts to have installed. They even solved a problem that several other well known mechanics couldn’t even figure out. Pricing was cheap and fair. I believe Ruben even showed me future problems that may arise and how I may fix them efficiently on my own. Will be bringing my Audi back when I get stumped again.

They replaced struts and thermostat for me a while back they did it quickly and it drives great.will always come here for my Mercedes work. Appreciate this shop.

No other shop wanted to work on my Alfa Romeo, I called here and they instantly said they could fix my ac. I dropped the car off and they got to work. By the end of the week my hvac system had been replaced and I had ac again! Very friendly, informative, and quick! I won’t be taking my car anywhere else but here!

This review is overdue, and I apologize for that. I have needed someone who would take care of my car needs, and someone who I could count on to be honest and trustworthy; which unfortunately is hard to find. I want to take a step back about a year ago; previously I was looking around, because I had an issue with my car, and I called The Master European Automotive Shop, and spoke with Junior. He told me at that time, that what I needed to have done with my car could not be postponed, and he said unfortunately he could not get me in immediately, and told me what it needed, and what price to not go over to pay for this service. I never forgot his GENUINE honesty. My car is in really good condition even though it is a 2012 S60 Volvo, and the first phone call I made to have work done was to Junior and his dad Ruben. I never forgot how honest they were to me from the very start. I recently had my front headlight replaced, oil change performed, and back brakes done. One thing I found really impressive was that Ruben took a video of my car while he was replacing my brakes showing me the shape they were in, and the new parts going on it. This is something I have not seen from any other automotive shops in the past. Walking through the door of the best father and son family ran business ever, I was quickly greeted and treated like family too. They joked with me, and just have the best and friendliest attitudes, and so professional at the same time. I watched as two other regular customers came through their door, and they were met with the same inviting feeling I felt as I walked into their automotive shop, and you could tell by their relations with Ruben and Junior just exactly what this shop is all about. I am thoroughly pleased with all of the recent work that was done for my car, and even more pleased that we have a plan for my car as we knock out all of the maintenance it needs to have done. Thank you Ruben and Junior for setting the perfect example of how a business should be ran.

I have been going to this shop since 2016 with my BMW I have taken all my cars, kids cars and refer everyone to them. Junior and Pops are family now I wouldn’t go to any other shop for my service. They are honest and they prices are fair.

I've been a regular customer here since 2014. This is the only place I've brought my BMWs and Lexus. They've even worked on my Nissan truck. Bottom line: This is a respectable business that does good work that is warrantied. They even offer military discounts. They tell it like it is and try to save you money. Very highly recommend!

Ruben Jr. has always been professional and honest when it comes to my wife’s 2006 Mini Cooper S. We have been taking it to him for years for advice and repairs. Sandra has decided to keep the vehicle and make major repairs to it. Just had it towed to Master European Auto to start the process.Services: Electrical repair
