Wow, the old time one on one service you once got with small town stores still exists. If you can't find a special garden tool or need advice when it comes to leaf blowers go to McCoys'. They have other stores in the area for supplies. They will call around and find it. Magnicant service from Gabriel. Customer for life .

I love to purchase from McCoy in particular at the Universal City Store. Jonathan Moore who delivered my materials today did an outstanding job by keeping me posted on the arrival time to include but not limited to traffic congestion. Way to go Jonathan! 👏👏👏

We went to shop for concrete stain , and Brenda and the rest of the cashiers was so helpful and friendly. With thieir help we able to quickly locate the materials we needed and was on time for our schedule job. Lots of cuddles to them!

It is good for hard to find items, but the lumber is hard to access. The lumber is behind the building. When I asked for a price, I was told to inquire at the cashiers desk at the front of the store. Im not running between those locations to get enough lumber to build a fence. I won't be buying lumber from here anymore.

The older lady cut my sheet rock was the one that really took over the boy in book tried gave up the customer service girl customer service was very couteous very knowledgeable
