They might get more business if they had a better music selection. We were in and out in less than three minutes after hearing b*+ch, ho@, d*€k, f^c!, and n!gg@ on more fingers than we had to count. The music was loud and and very distasteful. I’m thankful my kids weren’t with us. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Linda and Zachary (Manager) at the Mega furniture in Pat Booker Rd, Universal City certainly made my life easier and happier on my last minute Labor Day shopping for a dining table and chairs.Finally decided that night what I like, what will fit and match my house.Guess what, Zachary (working Manager) and James delivered and assembled them last night at my house, day after Labor day, what a surprise!I definitely recommend these good, kind and hard working people their professionalism, personable and fast service.Thanks so much!

My friend and I went to Mega Furniture Universal City location. Their salesperson David has excellent interpersonal skills and the whole experience was very professional. David keep up the good work. You and the manager was very knowledgeable and helpful.??

I’m highly upset with this location and this company they lied about how long my furniture would take to be delivered they don’t give you a time of delivery people have jobs they refuse to communicate!! And they add a stupid protection on my bill when I specifically told them I had my own they say they will call back and never do I’m beyond disappointed with this company and if I can speak with someone I would highly appreciate! I actually want a refund!!!!

Though the prices were ok, not great, I would have made a purchase. However I was turned off from the moment I walked in the door. I absolutely hate being pounced on like a lion's prey the minute I walk in the door and being stalked around a store. Like can I see if I even want anything you have to offer before you start bothering me. This is one of the very reasons I hate going furniture shopping. Even still I was prepared to purchase in full this one set I saw but the turnaround for delivery is what ultimately lost then the sale. If I'm going to spend upwards of $3k, no financing, on furniture and delivery i want in within 24 hours at a time that's convenient for me. Not a week later.

Great selection of furniture, awesome prices, and the staff is amazing. Our sales person was a gentleman named Rick, he was very knowledgeable and so pleasant to work with, he gave us our space and he didn’t try to push anything on us. We were extremely happy with our purchase. I highly recommend Mega Furniture. We will definitely be going back.

Very unhappy with the delivery service! We paid for our furniture to be delivered today and we’re told that they can’t come for 5 more days! And no one returns calls! The absolute last time we get furniture from here! I would give 0 stars if possible!

I've been working on a warranty claim since January 25 of this year and every time I'm told it's been scheduled, I call on that day and there's nobody coming and it's not scheduled with no notes. I would not purchase from this company as their warranties are not guaranteed. They will wait you out while you have a broken couch for 6 months.

I purchased an Ashley mattress 15" from Mega Furniture PatBooker on 9/30/2022 for $1,041.37 and received it by delivery on10/6/2022. The first thing I noticed was that it was a bed in a box.The gentleman who sold it to me, Cisco, assured me that I wasnot receiving a bed in a box. When the mattress had not inflatedwithin the week and had huge lumps in the middle, I went back tothe store and asked for an exchange or refund. I was told to sendan email with pictures to CSRTEXAS@megafurnitureus…. On24 Oct, they replied that the mattress was out of stock until mid-November and that I could come in to find a mattress of the sameprice value or higher only. I asked to refund the money since thatwas too long of a wait and I had family coming in. They said thatthe manufacturer, Ashley Furniture, offered the exchange andthat I would pay a 40% restocking fee with a refund. I contactedAshley, and was advised that they would not have offered a newmattress because once the new seller has the product, Ashley isin no way connected with it. After researching the Texas statelaw, I found that it is illegal for a company to charge a restockingfee when they are being charged in connection with the return ofdefective merchandise. Under this same law, the salesrepresentative, Cisco, was also prohibited from misrepresentatingthe product as a regular mattress that was not a bed-in-a- box.135 complaints about this location are filed on the BetterBusiness Bureau site, which shows a pattern of deceptivepractices for this location. 43 Yelp reviews confirm this sentiment.I requested a refund of my money citing the Deceptive TradePractices Act (DTPA) used by Office of the Attorney General toprotect Texas consumers. I have yet to receive any refund,mattress, or communication from this store or the overallbusiness. I would like a refund and this is a reasonable request.

At first there was a problem with the delivery.But my husband called and the manager of the store told them to get us our furniture. And we could not be happier. My daughter loves her bedroom and the delivery guys were awesome. Robert was the name of one of them. I don't know the name of the other guy.

Horrible Horrible Horrible!!!! Wish I could do a no star review. This place is garbage. Got a couch and recliner here and both were broken upon arrival. They picked up the chair and brought us a another broken chair. They had to come get our couch after that. They brought it back without the usb ports and it was still not working properly. I've been calling for months to get someone out. They sent some one to take pictures and then we waited months again. have not heard from anyone.

I went in today to look for a bedroom set for my guest room. I walked in and Linda greeted me with a smile and asked what I needed and gave me many selections to choose from. The buying process went smoothly and my delivery is scheduled for Saturday! I will be back to buy from them again in the future.
