ModWash is a clean, friendly, and well-kept laundromat in Universal City, TX. It is described as the cleanest and absolute best, with a nice smell and a quiet, comfortable atmosphere. The business features modern, coinless washers and dryers of various sizes, including huge capacity machines for blankets and bulk loads, which are operated through a phone app. Services include Commercial & Residential Drop Off and wash and fold at reasonable prices. Amenities consist of a Mod Kids Play Space, a children's corner, a vending machine and coffee station, clean restrooms, and comfortable chairs. Customer service is noted as excellent, kind, and helpful. A concern is the increasing number of out-of-service machines. The last wash is one hour before closing.
This is a very clean laundry facility with plenty of washers of all sizes to do your laundry as well as plenty of dryers. There are also wheeled laundry baskets available. One of the best we've seen.
