Our son has CP and to get an order to fix his wheelchair is like pulling teeth. Our son has been waiting for a few months. This is unacceptable and they never return our calls. Who is the CEO of this Practice? The Texas Medical Board needs to see what this Practice is not doing. No compassion, or empathy and sense of urgency.

Dr Naik is excellent doctor i been over 10 yrs she is nice and staff before it was friendly and nice always answers the phone everytime i need to make appointments but since they changed the staff the front lady is rude and not answer the phone sometime she answers but she always said hold on I don’t have a patient for this lady

Worst experience ever! I had telehealth appt in dec where I already knew i had covid. Was on phone 5 min with the dr and they charged me a complex visit(more than my new pt visit and typically 40-49 min visit). It was with Dr Timothy Hunt. I spent the next 2 months trying to get their billing dept to call me back and another month to get them to downgrade the charge. Even then they would only downgrade it to moderate(normally a 30-35min visit) saying it's because I mentioned my asthma in relation to Covid. Their billing manager is terrible and lack of communication is astounding. While I did like the Dr at Common Street, I will NEVER use them again. STEER CLEAR!

Dr. PA is good, but this clinic is awful, especially the front desk lady Lean, sounds horrible without any empathy for the patients. If the Fellow up appointment needs to be charged a co-pay which same amount of cancellation fee, they who want do the exams? Does that called “ fellow up”?This clinic is trying to make money!!

I do like the doctor, but why schedule 3 patients at the same time ? Why is it a norm to wait for an hour and a half or more to see a doctor after your schedule appointment time? Is our time less valuable than Dr. Naik’s time ? My mother is 70 years old and doesn’t need to sit in a stuffy room for hours waiting to see a doctor. If we hold patients to high standards , the same should be expected from the doctor .

First appointment. Front office staff was so amazing and super nice. Not sure what her name was but she was so nice to me even though I was a mess.The “doctor” was very rude from beginningvto end…….But when she, very rudely, asked me why did my parents chose to have so many children if they knew God (?). WOW!!!! I'm not even sure where to go with that one!!! I feel that this is religious discrimination and it really made me angry because my parents are deceased. She also made the comment that my mother, "just spread the bipolar around". I am beside myself right now. What kind of “professional “ acts like that! I do believe it had everything to do with my race. AND WILL ONLY SEE PATIENTS WHO HAVE THE COVID VACCINE!!!!!

I’ve been going here since I was little. I loved this place, and the people who work there. Unfortunately since they’ve changed out their reception I’ve had nothing, but problems. The receptionist Stephanie never returns a call. I called about a record on a shot I needed for my college, and she never called back. Then I told her I got a new health insurance, and asked if she needed the information over the phone or in person? She just told me to bring the ID card in when I came for my appointment. Come to find out they don’t even take my insurance. My drive there was a waste of time! Had she just asked a simple question over the telephone it would’ve saved both our time. I like the doctors there, and it’s unfortunate that I won’t be back.

Can't say that I was impressed with the Doctor; however her PA Tim Hunt is amazing. Caring, attentive, and throw. In the last week he has done more for me than any other doctor in the last 2 years. With absolutely compassion and understanding her PA and office staff are going out of their way to get me the help I've needed for so long. The clinic itself is pretty barren but the staff do everything in their power to help thier patients. And for that I will be forever grateful.

I can’t believe they cancel my appointment at the last minute saying they dont take patients that not vaccinated thats illegal to decline patients and i will complain to medical board !!!!

Here's the thing... I think she knows her craft and her explanations are very clear and well thought out, BUT she definitely has archaic and religious driven pre-conceived notions.She made several comments that were old fashion at best and irresponsible at worst; she said I probably don't need birth control cause I'm getting married, she explained why I shouldn't sleep around even though I neither am nor implied that I was, and she said that I didn't LOOK like I had diabetes (you need blood work to know this!!).The last straw was when the office (or she) held my test results hostage (even though they legally can't do this!) just so I would come in, PAY for my visit and be told that I was just Vitamin D insufficient and just needed an OVER THE COUNTER supplement!

at the end on may i called to schedule an appt. i was told they were remolding and to called back 2 week in June so i called and was told to call back end of June as they were still remolding so i called back on June 22 went through the whole process and this doctor will refuse to see a new patient if you have not had the covid vaccine or will not get the vaccine i have had 2 family members that have had really bad reactions to the vaccine and how about those mask protecting us. guess that is a lie.

First time visit just asking for prescription to help quit smoking. Wore mask respectfully as informed before visit that if you are not vaccinated that you must wear one. She harassed me about getting one and when I said that I wasn't ready she told me that she wasn't seeing unvaccinated patients. So I asked for a refund and left.

Been coming to see Dr. Naik for years she is very kind and caring.She takes her time to answer all your questions and asks alot of questions as a good doctor should. The wait maybe a little long at times in the past but it is well worth it. I recommend you see Dr. Naik for good quality care.

I moved from Round Rock tx about 6 years ago and a friend recommended Dr Naik, funny I have the same last name as her but not related! But no she is very good doctor she listens and takes time and gives good advise for your health. I know the you have to wait for a bit longer than usual but worth the wait.And the front office is great too especially Melissa, she always is so polite and helpful.
