We're moving soon, stopped by this location to pick up some boxes and packing materials. Taylor was extremely helpful. He also showed me some units, not quite ready to rent but we'll definitely store at Public Storage in the future if we need to!

I was impressed by the customer service provided when I went in to the UC location on Meadowland. It was a pleasant experience which can seem rare these days. Maria was welcoming, great to work with and had an answer for all my questions. This made part of my moving experience as convenient as possible. Maria made my day better by being professional, handling business well, and being very kind too.

Could never find anyone on site to rent a space got discouraged and went somewhere else where renting was easier (extra space) got a much cheaper deal for same size and less headache.

Went by the Public Storage on Meadowland in Universal City with my moving/storage needs. Taylor is AWESOME!!! My only regret is that I can only give him 5 stars!! Way to go Taylor!!!! Signed boxman

Taylor is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. He helped me get a great discount and explained everything very simply. He even helped me your the different options so I could choose the one that made the most sense for me. The location was clean and very well managed. Highly recommend!

The facility is clean, well-lit, and secure, which gives me peace of mind knowing my belongings are safe.
