I recently went in around 15 min to closing, knowing exactly what I needed. As soon as I walk in the employee 'tz' says we close in 15 min and I have to close on the dot. Vibe check not passed. Grabbing my things and she reminds me of the time again 5 min later I have always came to this store and everyone has been so nice. I have never felt so rushed and awkward like if you have somewhere to be just say that. BESIDES that terrible customer experience I love RDA since they carry what some professional stores don't.

Just spent 97 dollars to look at the receipt and see they over charged on products that are labeled a completely different price. When I returned they said, that they don't give money back. Clearly this is how they operate. Moral of the story check before you pay because then they'll act like your the problem.

Adriana Garcia is always so helpful and friendly every time I’m there! The other day when I went there she helped me find many things that I was having trouble finding because I am still recovering from surgery and she was such a big help. She’s always positive and always has great suggestions for products and replacements whenever there isn’t stock. I always appreciate her positivity and her help. She truly goes out of her way to help the customers every time I’m in there.

Excellent Service!!! There was a computer outage in the store today, and Adriana was working so hard to accommodate everyone and get the job done.Awesome job helping everyone get what they needed And turning a bad situation into a good one!!!

When I shop at RDA Promart I expect the employees to show me professionalism friendliness respect and to be ethical at all times. The last few visits to the RDA Promart Universal City was not all that great. The employees showed no interest in helping me so when I ask for help they acted as they had no idea what I was asking for or talking about. When the owners Sold the Universal City location, I was super excited because I thought they would let everyone go that was unprofessional and unethical. To my surprise they kept one employee she is the worst with customers and with the other employees. She speaks to the employees as though they are slaves as though they have no sense as though they are nothing to her. She speaks to the customers with such rudeness she’s unethical to the customers she’s unprofessional to the customers but yet the new owners still have her there. If she continues to work at the Universal City location I fear that not only will the RDA Promart lose employees they will lose an immense amount of customers. I don’t know the woman’s name but I can tell you this every time I went into the RDA Promart University City and seen her she made me feel depressed she made me feel lonely she made me feel sad she made me feel angry and she made me feel that I was not welcomed or belonged at the RDA Promart Universal City.This brings me to today I am so pleased to say I went into RDA Promart Universal City not only was I greeted by one but two employees. I was asked if they could help me. I want to give a BIG shout out to Adriana Garcia she went out of her way to make sure I was helped and that I found everything that I needed/wanted. She spoke to me as though she has known me for years even though she’s just met me today, she spoke to the other employee with respect. She made me want to shop at RDA Promart for things I didn’t need but because of her friendliness, professionalism and her being a sincere person I felt comfortable. She has a natural sincerity to her that would make any person doubting the Universal City RDA Promart location want to give it another chance as I did. She made me feel that I was the most important person that walked through those doors today. That is the feeling that every customer should have from the moment they walk into the store till the moment they check out. This is the first time I have ever felt like this at the RDA Promart Universal city. I have a feeling if Miss Adriana Garcia continues this outstanding customer service she will not only help the owners make this RDA Promart number one in Texas but she might and I truly believe this she might make the RDA Promart Universal City the best RDA Promart in the USA.I want to bring it to the owners of RDA Promart’s attention that this is the type of manager you need in your stores. Adriana Garcia is the type of manager that you need in everyone of your stores she is the type of manager that will keep your customers coming back. Remember RDA Promart owners we the consumer can choose to go to Princess professional and or Armstrong McCall. We can choose to stay with RDA Promart and we will if you have people as Adriana Garcia running those stores. Please and I am begging you the owners of RDA Promart Universal City keep your regular customers coming back and get new customers by keeping your managers as friendly and as ethical as Adriana García.Thank you for listening or reading what I have to say about the RDA Promart Universal City.Warm Regards,Tim

Highly recommend this location! Store is always clean, orderly and well stocked. Sammie is very knowledgeable about products and the industry. She is also friendly and courteous without being pushy, which is always what I'm looking for!

The times on line are incorrect. :( they close at 2pm, not 5pm on Saturdays. And they are CLOSED on Sundays. But other than that, I like this little store. The girls are always super friendly and helpful.
