I paid 25$ for a vape it quit working 3 days later and they are not willing to do anything to rectify the problem after being a customer for 3 years will not ever spend in this business again

Worst vape store ,sold me defected vape !and tried replacing and they wouldn’t didn’t even have vape 48 hrs and stopped working so basically got robbed of my hard earned money 28$ like it’s my fault I bought defected vape so I will never return this hell hole. They have small hidden sign saying this info .called 20x before driving waisting my gas when could of been told over phone but they don’t answer in back hiding on the clock . Girl working was rude giving attitude as soon as I said my complaint about vape . Like they are trained to run off customers with issues!

Last week stopped to buy some e-liquid said I didn't want Iced and trusted store associate handed me correct one he didn't I have full bottle of ice eliquid I cannot use because of associate's screw up. Stopped by today to buy a pod for my vape they have the coils but no pod. I tried giving this place a chance after visiting for the 10th time and 80% of my visits I've left empty handed. May be a great place for some definitely not for me.

This place is usually awesome... But I have a problem. I came in the store tonight a little after 11 and purchased 3 things... When I got home a few minutes ago and unwrapped my bubble wrap that my things were wrapped in, and one of my items is not in there.... It was glass so it would have needed to be wrapped in bubble wrap.... How do I go about getting the item that I did not get in my bag, that I absolutely paid for (I used my number to have it all rung up on my account as well...) I am so bummed - the staff was amazing and super friendly, and I have never had this issue before - and I am a LOYAL/regular customer... ?Every other time I came in, this place has never let me down. In fact, I usually leave spending more than I had intended to spend ??This place is amazing... Everyone should def check them out, though!
